Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Suite360 ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

Suite360 is a complete management platform for service businesses, developed by Suite 360 Desenvolvimento de Sistemas LTDA, which includes billing, financial, communication, contracts and artificial intelligence modules.

3. Registration and Account

To use the Platform, you must provide truthful information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.

4. Permitted Use

The Platform must be used exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with current Brazilian legislation. It is prohibited to:

Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
Attempt to access other users' systems or data
Reproduce, distribute or modify the software without authorization

5. WhatsApp Business API Usage

The Platform offers integration with WhatsApp Business API, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. By using this feature, you agree to the following additional terms:

Meta Terms: Use of WhatsApp via Suite360 is subject to the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and the WhatsApp Business Policy
Content responsibility: You are fully responsible for the content of messages sent through the Platform, including text, images, documents and media
Acceptable use: It is expressly prohibited to use WhatsApp via Suite360 for sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, illegal, discriminatory, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights
Recipient consent: You must ensure that you have adequate consent from recipients before sending proactive messages (templates)
Suspension: Suite360 reserves the right to suspend access to WhatsApp Business API if use is identified as non-compliant with these terms or Meta's policies

6. Intellectual Property

All content, source code, branding and design of Suite360 are the property of Suite 360 Desenvolvimento de Sistemas LTDA and are protected by Brazilian intellectual property legislation.

7. Availability

Suite 360 Desenvolvimento de Sistemas LTDA strives to keep the Platform available 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Suite 360 Desenvolvimento de Sistemas LTDA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using Suite360, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and processing of data as described in said policy, in compliance with the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018).

10. Changes

These terms may be changed at any time. Changes take effect after publication on this page.

12. Jurisdiction
